Brussels Sprouts with Chestnuts

    Ingredients:

      4 cups Brussels sprouts
      9 horse chestnuts
      2 tablespoons margarine

    Directions:

Wash Brussels sprouts and discard outer leaves that are blemished. Cut a small X in the  bottom of each sprout.

Place Brussels sprouts in a saucepan with water to cover. Cook 8-10 minutes, uncovered.  Cover chestnuts with boiling water and boil for 20 minutes or until shell and skin can be  easily removed. Cut chestnuts in halves. Melt margarine in baking dish. Add the Brussels  sprouts and chestnuts. Heat through and serve. a
