Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds Potatoes 10 cloves Garlic 2 tablespoons Oil 3 tablespoons Chicken Broth Salt and Pepper -- to taste
Directions: Steam the potatoes with the garlic until the potatoes are soft. Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a shallow 4 cup baking pan. Mash the potatoes with the garlic.
Combine the potatoes with the oil, broth salt and pepper. Place into your prepared pan and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until the top is nicely browned.
