2 heads Garlic 1 1/2 pounds Potatoes -- peeled & cubed 1/2 handful Salt 4 tablespoons Butter Or Margarine 1/4 cup Milk
Directions:
Separate garlic into cloves and peel. Place garlic and potatoes into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Throw in your 1/2 handful of salt (don't worry - the potatoes will absorb just
enough salt to make them tasty) and boil until potatoes are tender. Drain Add the butter and the milk and mash everything together. Check for seasoning.
You can sprinkle with freshly ground pepper if you like.
