1 pound Potatoes -- Boiled and mashed 1 Onion -- Thinly sliced Oil 2 sheets Filo Dough

Preheat oven to 375. Sauté onions in oil. Season potatoes to taste. Add onions to potato mixture. Brush oil on both sheets of filo. Place potato mixture on one end of the filo
dough and roll up. Brush whole "knish" with oil. Bake for about 30 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
