Ingredients:
8 Veal Riblets 2 cloves Garlic -- chopped 5 sprigs Parsley -- chopped 1/2 teaspoon Thyme 1/2 teaspoon Mint 1 Lemon -- juiced Salt and Pepper
Directions: Place the chops in a deep dish and sprinkle with the garlic, parsley, thyme, mint and lemon juice. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Broil or grill for about 5 - 10
minutes per side, depending on the thickness of your chops.
