    Ingredients:

      1 pound round beef steaks
      2 sliced green bell peppers
      2 quartered tomatoes
      4 chopped green onions
      4 tablespoons soy sauce
      1 cup bean sprouts
      1/4 cup peanut oil
      1/2 teaspoon sugar
      1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
      1 clove minced garlic
      1/4 teaspoon pepper
      1/2 teaspoon salt
      2 tablespoons water

       

     

    Directions:

    Slice steak thinly in short cross-wise pieces. Heat oil in skillet and add garlic, salt  and pepper. Add beef and brown on both sides. Add soy sauce and sugar; cover and simmer  for 5 minutes. Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers; cover and simmer 5 minutes.  Dissolve corn starch in water and stir in. Stir until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with onions  and serve on rice.
