Ingredients:
12 boneless center-cut pork chops, 6-oz. each 3/4 cup lemon juice 3/4 cup honey 6 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons dry sherry 6 cloves garlic, minced
Directions: Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Pour over pork chops and place in covered container in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours. Remove chops from marinade; reserving marinade.
Grill pork five inches from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 155-160[F. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
