Ingredients:
12 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups soy sauce 24 ounces Dijon mustard 1 cup honey 6 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1-oz. strips 72 wooden skewers
Directions Combine first four ingredients, separate 24 ounces for use as a dipping sauce. Marinate tenderloin strips for 1-3 hours. Place strips on skewers, grill for 4-6 minutes over a hot
flame. Serve with dipping sauce.
