Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper 2 pounds large shrimp, shelled, deveined 2 red bell peppers, cut in 1 1/2-inch chunks
1 lemon, cut in wedges
Directions: In large bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic and crushed red pepper. Add shrimp; stir to coat. Thread shrimp alternately with bellpeppers on 8 skewers. Place on tray;
cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Grill or broil 6 inches from heat, turning once, about 6 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.
