Ingredients:
1 bottle Curry Sauce 2 pounds salmon steaks, (preferably 4 pieces) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 scallions, chopped
Directions: Warm curry sauce, set aside. Brush salmon steaks with oil. Grill or broil until done, approximately 5 minutes each side, depending on thickness. Spoon warm curry sauce over
salmon steaks on platter. Garnish with scallions. Serve with jasmine rice.
