4 slices Salmon (1/2" Thick) 1 cup Vinegar 1 cup Water 1/2 cup Sugar 10 ounces Ketchup 1 handful Pickling Spice 1 large Spanish Onion
Boil salmon until well cooked.(About 20 minutes) Cool. Remove all skin and bones. Slice onion. Mix together vinegar, water sugar ketchup and pickling spices. Place salmon and onions in
a glass dish and pour vinegar mixture over. Refrigerate for at least 4 days!
