Pickled Salmon

    Ingredients:

      4 slices Salmon (1/2" Thick)
      1 cup Vinegar
      1 cup Water
      1/2 cup Sugar
      10 ounces Ketchup
      1 handful Pickling Spice
      1 large Spanish Onion
       

    Directions:

    Boil salmon until well cooked.(About 20 minutes) Cool. Remove all skin and bones. Slice  onion. Mix together vinegar, water sugar ketchup and pickling spices.
    Place salmon and onions in a glass dish and pour vinegar mixture over. Refrigerate for at  least 4 days!
