Try grilling any kind of fish for this recipe. Even leftovers work! Put over a bed of lettuce and it makes a stunning light entree.
1 pound fresh tuna
1/4 cup * Sweet Red Chili Sauce
1 bottle seafood sauce or tartare sauce
2 tomatoes, quartered
Coat tuna steak with red chili sauce. Grill on high heat for seven minutes each side or until medium. (Do not overcook or fish will become dry.) Remove tuna from grill and let it cool. Add
tomatoes to dressing and mix together well. Once cooled, break apart tuna into bite size pieces and add to bowl with dressing. Toss to mix well. Serve at room temperature.
*Note: Sweet Green Chili Sauce may be used in this recipe.
