Recipe from: Cynthia Martin
Ingredients:
2-#2 cans pinto beans 1 1/4 # chili ground beef 1/2 # chili ground pork 2 T cumin powder 1T paprika powder 5 large jalapeno peppers 4 long green peppers 2 stalks of celery 1 lrg. onion
2 tubes of Johson's chili brick 1 #2 can stewed tomatoes 5 T chili powder
Directions: Sauté meat, peppers, celery and onion. salt and pepper to taste. Add all remaining ingredients together and cook over low fire for 2 1/2 hours. Stirring often to keep from sticking.
