Recipe from: Roman Semaniuk

    Ingredients:

      3 Lbs. Ground Beef
      1 Celery Diced
      1 Onion Diced
      1 Green Pepper Diced
      1 1/4 oz. Chili Powder
      1/4 oz. Salt
      1/4 oz. White Pepper
      12 oz. Hot Salsa
      1/4 oz. Crushed Chili Peppers
      12 oz. Red Kidney Beans
      25 oz. Whole Tomatoes
      5 oz. Tomato Paste
       

    Directions:

    Brown ground beef and drain fat. Satue celery, onions and green peppers. Add to beef. Add remaining ingrediants except tomato paste and bring to a boil. Add tomato  paste and bake in oven @ 400 degrees for 1½ hours.
