Recipe by Michael H. Flinn

    Ingredients:

        1 lb. lean ground beef
        1 lb. ground pork
        1 large onion chopped coarsely
        1 cup celery chopped coarsely
        1/2 green pepper chopped coarsely
        1 can tomato soup
1 large can whole canned tomatoes squished between your fingers to chop
up. ( This is the fun part.)
        2 cloves garlic crushed
        3 TBLS. chili powder
        2 chopped jalapeno peppers
        1 dried serrano pepper crushed
1 can chili beans in sauce

    Directions:
Brown beef and pork and place in large chili pot (or whatever you've got that can be  heated on the stove.)
Add all the remaining ingredients and bring to a slight bubble. Reduce heat and simmer for  at least 2 hours. ( The longer the better.)
Serve with grated cheddar cheese and chopped onions on top if so desired.
You may want a tall glass of milk or an ice cold beer as this one kind of heats you up as  you eat.
