6 lbs. beef4 onions3 bell peppers2 minced jalapenos3 cans beef bouillon24 oz. tomato sauce4 Tbs. ancho chili powder4 Tbs. chili powder2 Tbs. Mexican oregano4 Tbs. cumin
4 cloves garlic1 bottle Icehouse beer1 tsp. sugarsalt/pepper to taste
Brown meat. Sauté vegetables. Combine and add the remainder of the ingredients. Simmer 2-3 hours and garnish with cheese and sour cream. Serve with homemade garlic bread.
