Daddy's Chili

    Ingredients:

      2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans light red kidney beans
      2 cans spicy chili beans
      1 small can tomato sauce
      1 large can tomato juice
      5 tbsp. paprika
      4 tbsp. ground red pepper
      6 tbsp. chili powder
      1 pkg. chili seasoning
you can add onion if wanted-you can also add grated cheddar cheese or/and sour cream on top of chili after in bowl

    PREPARATIONS:

brown ground beef in large pan until brown, drain grease from meat. Then add paprika, chili seasoning, chili powder, and ground red pepper. Add all beans and stir. Then add tomato sauce and juice. Let set on low heat for about 15 minutes and then serve!

This recipe has been handed down through or family for years and has always been a favorite for everyone. But there is a warning...it is hot and spicy and will definately cause some heartburn!!!!

    thank you,
    Rebeccca Clark
