    Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs of stew meat
      2 T canola oil
      1 onion (diced)
      5 cloves of garlic (minced)
      24 oz diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can of pinto beans
      2 jalapeno peppers (chopped)
      1 cup of hunts catsup
      1/4 cup dark molasses
      2 T chili pepper
      1 T paprika
      2 T Worchester sauce

    Directions:

Brown beef in canola oil in a large pot. Add onions and garlic, stir for a
few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Cool and put in the fridge over night. Reheat for about one hour stirring often.

This was my mothers recipe that she wrote on a napkin at a bingo game in
Corpus Christ Texas. She ended up winning a German Shepard puppy with
papers. We had this dog for 12 years ( I grew up with her and my mothers
chili recipe) I had to call her to get it right. I tried it and it is road
    tested and delicious!
