Chili Marinade

Recipe from: Jack F. Hecht

Chili lovers have a surprise coming with the following recipe, it will send you right out for more foods that use this H*O*T sauce.

    Single batch:

3 TbS CHILI GARLIC SAUCE. (I use LEE KUM KEE brand, Safeway)
    3 Tbs OLIVE OIL
4 Tbs CARIBBEAN JERK SEASONING. (Schilling, Safeway)
    1/2 Cup SOY SAUCE

Marinate ribs, chicken, pork, whatever suits, about one hour and grill over VERY low heat  in covered BBQ. Do not heat over direct flame. This is INDIRECT cooking and should take two to three hours. Thank me later.
