Ingredients:

      7 lbs. flank steak(cubed into 3/4 inch squares)
      4 lbs. chile ground round steak
      1 qt. cheap stale beer(can be leftover from the previous night's party)
      1 finely chopped dried ancho pepper
      7-15 roasted, peeled, seeded chopped jalapeno pepper
      2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
      2 teaspoons comino
      10 tablespoons chile powder
      1 tablespoon powdered garlic
      1 teaspoon tumeric
      2 medium finely chopped onions
      2 teaspoon powdered oregano
      1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
      1 tablespoon salt
      1 can beef consommé
       

    Directions: 

    Brown beef and discard excess fat and grease. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 3 hours with occasional stirring. Add water when needed. Thicken to desired consistency with a mixture of masa four and water and simmer another half hour.
