1 pound dark chocolate 1/2 cup cream 3 tablespoons liqueur (optional) 5 pints fruits 1 small angel food cake cut in squares
Directions:
Break chocolate into small pieces unless you are using chips. Warm cream in sauce pan or double boiler over low heat. Add chocolate pieces and stir constantly until
chocolate is melted. Add liqueur. Cool sauce slightly before serving. Use any fresh fruit such as strawberries, bananas, pineapple, pears, grapes, etc. Arrange fruits and cake around your fondue dish,
dip and enjoy!
