    Ingredients:

6 to 8 Mackintosh Apples, peeled cored & chunked
      1/2 cup sugar
      1/2 cup brown sugar
      2 tablespoons cinnamon
      1/2 cup lemon juice
      4 sheets filo dough
      1/8 cup melted butter

    Directions:

Pile your filo dough on your workspace, brushing each sheet with the melted butter. Mix  together the apples, sugars, cinnamon and lemon juice and spread over your dough. Roll up  "jelly roll" style. Place on a rimmed cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 400  oven for about 25 - 30 minutes. The amount of baking time will depend on how small you  made your apple chunks. Remove from oven when done (you can test it by piercing with a  skewer) and let cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
