Ingredients
1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Whipping Cream (not whipped) 2 Tablespoons Butter 1 Cup Cocoa 1 Tablespoon Honey 4 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Directions Sift together sugar and cocoa. In a heavy saucepan set over low heat, combine the cream and the honey. Add the sugar/cocoa mixture and the butter. Using a wooden spoon, stir
occasionally for 8 - 10 minutes until mixture is very smooth. DO NOT LET BOIL!! Remove from heat and let cool for 45 - 60 minutes. Whip with a mixer for 1 - 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
