Ingredients
4 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate 1 Stick unsalted Butter 1 1/4 Cups Sugar 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 3 Eggs -- beaten 3/4 Cup Flour
Directions Preheat oven to 350o. "Pam" an 8" square pan. Melt the chocolate with the butter. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Beat the chocolate mixture together with
the sugar for 1 - 2 minutes. Add vanilla and eggs and mix just until combined. Add flour and beat until just blended (about 1 minute). Spread the batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 20 - 25
minutes, until a very thin crust forms on top, or a tester comes out clean. Cool in pan on a rack. Cover when cool and set aside overnight. Can be glazed with Chocolate Glaze for those real Chocoholics!
