Garlic Herb Chicken Livers

    Ingredients

      1 pound Chicken livers
      Oil
      1 Onion -- sliced
      2 cloves Garlic -- minced
      1 Recipe Garlic/Herb Butter
      1 French Bread Loaf
       

    Directions

    Sauté onions and garlic until almost translucent. Add chicken livers and continue  sautéing until livers are cooked through.
    Slice French bread into 3/4" thick slices and spread each slice with the herb butter.  Place liver onion mixture on French bread slices. (1 liver to a slice usually works)
